Two special things are happening today!! Firstly, it is officially WEEK TEN!! How many of you guys are ready for another amazing block?
Secondly, IT’S LEAP YEAR 2016!! To celebrate this special day I thought it would be fitting to make it all about wishing and who better to do that than with Spider Mambo Designs and her block titled, Make a Wish, Then Blow!

A few words from Laurie!
Mom taught me to crochet when I was 8. She later regretted that decision when she discovered where I got the stuffing for the little animals I was creating. But MOM…there is a whole bunch of stuffing in my mattress.
Thoughts about her newest pattern, Make a Wish, Then Blow!
This design reminds me of a dandelion puff. I enjoy creating with texture first, then color. The blues around the center motif represent the sky.
Important details about this block from the designer:

Skill Level: Intermediate
Materials Used Red Heart Super Saver Size F (4.00mm) Hook
I hope you enjoy tackling this week’s block and you’re looking forward to next week’s exclusive design from Defy Society Arts!
